What to send for a same-day-fast quote

The more of these you can give us, the faster and tighter the number. Don't have them all? Send what you have, or a sample of the tube you're replacing, and we'll engineer the rest with you.

• Inside diameter (ID) — the bore your equipment chucks on (e.g. 3.000", 6.000"). The most important number for cores.
• Wall thickness or OD — drives crush strength. Tell us your roll weight and web tension and we'll spec the wall.
• Length — cut-to-width for cores, or finished length for tubes.
• Quantity & repeat — per release and annual volume; standing orders earn program pricing.
• Application — slitting/rewinding, label or tape stock, film/rollstock, textiles, mailing, retail — so we match wall, edge, and end treatment.
• Need-by date — and flag it if it's a line-down emergency; 24-hour rush turnaround is available.
